JOY surfaces must preserve execution evidence and fail closed when runtime proof is unavailable. - JOY advertises only the agent protocols it actually serves: MCP at /mcp (card at /.well-known/mcp/server-card.json, public and read-only), A2A 1.0 at /.well-known/agent-card.json, the RFC 9727 API catalog at /.well-known/api-catalog, and agent permissions at /.well-known/agent-permissions.json. - Without a buyer's agent key, MCP tools never place, reserve or pay for an order. With one, orders are re-priced by JOY, capped by the buyer's per-order and daily limits, paid only by cash on delivery or approved trade credit, and revocable by the buyer or JOY at any time. Card payment always happens on joyautomart.com, by the human. - Every other protocol-discovery path returns HTTP 404. Automated clients should treat that 404 as “not supported”, not as permission to infer capabilities.
